Effective date: 8 August 2026.
These terms apply to your use of the website at elementalprotocol.com.au, the Performance Audit at audit.elementalprotocol.com.au, and to general information about the Elemental Protocol program. Enrolment in the program is governed by these terms, which you accept at checkout before payment.
Who we are
Elemental Protocol (we, us, our), ABN 73 655 028 032, of 17 Glen Osmond Road, Eastwood SA 5063. You can reach us at rohan@elementalprotocol.com.au.
About the program
Elemental Protocol is a functional and nutritional-medicine program delivered by telehealth across Australia. Your practitioner is a qualified nutritionist holding a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine, and is not a medical doctor. Some investigations, including imaging and certain scans, can only be arranged by a doctor. Where those are appropriate, we provide the written material you need to take to your GP, and you arrange and pay for them directly.
Not medical advice, and not an emergency service
The information on this website and provided through the program is for education and to support your health. It does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from your doctor, and it is not a diagnosis of any condition. If your results point to something that belongs with a doctor, we will tell you, and with your consent we provide a written brief to your GP. If you have an urgent or serious medical concern, contact your GP or emergency services on 000. This website, the Performance Audit and the program are not for medical emergencies or crisis support.
The Performance Audit
The Performance Audit is a self-assessment questionnaire. It is not a diagnosis, a screening test or a clinical assessment, and its result is a general indication based only on what you tell it. Completing it does not create a practitioner and client relationship. Where your answers indicate a risk to your safety, the result page directs you to Australian support services and to your GP, and we ask you to use them. When you complete the audit we send you your result and a short series of follow-up emails about the program, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of those emails.
Eligibility
The program is available to people aged 18 and over who are resident in Australia. Enrolment follows a discovery call, and that call may conclude that the program is not the right fit for you. If that is our view, we will say so plainly. The program is not a substitute for urgent or acute medical care.
No guaranteed outcomes
Health outcomes vary between individuals. We provide our services with professional care and skill, and we do not guarantee any specific result, timeframe or biomarker change.
Reviews and testimonials
Reviews and testimonials on this website are the genuine words of the people who wrote them, quoted with only light trimming and never with any wording altered. They describe an individual’s own experience, and they are not a promise of any particular result for you.
Fees, and what they cover
All fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where GST applies. The fee shown at checkout is the fee that applies to you, and prices shown on this website are current at the time of publication.
The program fee covers your consultations, the testing set out for your program, the interpretation of your results, your protocol, your reports, and email support between sessions. It does not cover:
- nutritional supplements, which are prescribed by compound and dose and which you may fill through our dispensary or through any practitioner-grade supplier you prefer;
- a wearable device or continuous glucose monitor you choose to buy yourself, or any subscription attached to it;
- any test, scan or appointment arranged through your GP or another practitioner, including any Medicare or private-health gap.
Supplements are sold separately, and we have a commercial interest in our dispensary. You are never required to buy them from us, and your protocol names the compound and the dose so that you can fill it wherever you choose.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
You may pay in full, or by instalment where that has been agreed with you before you enrol. The first instalment is half of the program fee, because the testing is ordered and paid for before the program begins. Either way, the amount and the schedule are confirmed with you on the call and shown at checkout before payment. Testing is ordered at the start of the program, so once a kit has been dispatched to you or a laboratory order has been placed, those costs are committed and cannot be refunded. Clinical fees for consultations that have not yet been delivered are prorated, and we work that out with you case by case. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability and continuity
The program is delivered by one practitioner. Planned leave is scheduled well in advance, and your consultations move with it. If your practitioner is unavailable for more than five business days, your program period pauses and extends by the same period, so nothing you have paid for is lost to the gap. Anything urgent in that window goes to your GP with a written brief, which is the same pathway used any time your results point somewhere that belongs with a doctor.
Program terms
Enrolment, fees, testing, payment and refund terms, and the scope of care are set out in these terms, which you accept at checkout before payment. Where we have separately agreed something different with you in writing, that written agreement applies.
Your privacy
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, and how you can access or correct it.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, design, reports, protocols and materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our permission.
Third-party services, laboratories and devices
Our website and program reference third-party services, laboratories and devices, including wearables, continuous glucose monitors, testing providers and scheduling and email platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service, or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Concerns and complaints
If you have a concern about your care, your results or how the program has been delivered, contact us first at rohan@elementalprotocol.com.au and we will work through it with you. We are a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association and are bound by its code of conduct, so if we cannot resolve your concern you may also raise it with ANTA at anta.com.au. For a concern about your personal information, the pathway is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown above.
