Enrolment in the program itself is governed by a separate client services agreement provided to you before you begin.
About Elemental Protocol
Elemental Protocol is a functional and nutritional-medicine program delivered by Elemental Health and Nutrition, a nutritional-medicine practice. Your practitioner is a qualified nutritionist (BHSc, Nutritional Medicine), not a medical doctor.
Not medical advice, not an emergency service
The information on this website and provided through the program is for education and to support your health; it does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from your doctor, and it is not a diagnosis of any condition. If your results point to something that belongs with a doctor, we will tell you and, with your consent, provide a written brief to your GP. If you have an urgent or serious medical concern, contact your GP or emergency services (000 in Australia) — this website and the program are not for medical emergencies or crisis support.
No guaranteed outcomes
Health outcomes vary between individuals. We provide our services with professional care and skill, but we do not guarantee any specific result, timeframe or biomarker change.
Program terms
Enrolment, fees, testing, payment and refund terms, and the scope of care are set out in the client services agreement provided before you enrol, which governs your participation in the program. Where these website terms and that agreement differ in relation to the program, the client services agreement applies.
Intellectual property
The content on this website — including text, design, reports, protocols and materials — is owned by or licensed to Elemental Health and Nutrition and is provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our permission.
Third-party links and devices
Our website and program may reference third-party services, laboratories and devices (for example, wearables and testing providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
